What data do we process?

When you submit the quote form, we process your name, phone number or e-mail address, event type, city, date, budget preference and your message. The site runs no cookie-based tracking or advertising identifiers beyond this.

Why, and on what legal basis?

Your data is processed solely to answer your quote request, to contact you and to keep a record of the request. The legal bases are KVKK art. 5/2-c (processing directly related to forming a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Your data is never added to marketing lists or sold to third parties.

Where is it stored, who receives it?

Form records are kept in a secure cloud database with access limited by password and authorisation; the underlying servers may be hosted abroad. Sending the WhatsApp message that opens after submission is your choice; if you send it, its content travels over WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure. Beyond legal obligations, your data is shared with no one else.

For how long?

Request records are kept for a reasonable period to run the proposal process and to serve as evidence in potential disputes, and are deleted or anonymised no later than 2 years after the request is concluded.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to info@mesvorashows.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
